Digital Conversion
Information for Parents and Students

Welcome to Edmond Public Schools Digital Conversion for Santa Fe High School. In moving forward with the need to provide our students with the skills, confidence and adaptability needed to succeed in college and the workforce, there also comes responsibility on the part of both the parent and the student.

For the 2017-2018 school year, each qualifying Freshman and Sophomore at SFHS will receive a technology package (chromebook, charge cord and protective carrying case) checkout to them through the school. There are several very important documents (located to the left) that both parents and students will need to read, print, sign and bring to schedule pickup along with the utility bill.

The Digital  Conversion Responsible Use Agreement fully explains the importance of reading and reviewing the Digital Conversion Guidebook before printing and signing. The agreement requires both parent and student signatures.

The Digital Conversion Guidebook has very clear guidelines for both the parents and student to follow while in possession on the Chromebook.

The Technology Protection Plan has been established to give parents the option to purchase protection covering the repair or replacement costs of the technology package. The plan may be purchased at schedule pickup.
